The Executive Branch of the United Nuwabian Nation of Moors

Statute 19 Of The U.N.N.M. Constitution States We Have Recognized Officials With A Democratic Form Of Government. The Executive Power Shall Be Vested In The President.

The power of the Executive Branch is vested in The President of the United Nuwabian Nation of Moors according to Statute 19 Section 1 of the U.N.N.M. Constitution, who also acts as Supreme Grand Master “head of the nations orders” and The leader of the Nuwabian Moor armed forces. The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by the Legislative Body and, to that end, appoints the heads of our Executive Branch of Government. Should something happen to The The President  before he or she appoints a replacement one shall be appointed by The Legislative Body. The Executive Branch is responsible for the day-to-day enforcement and administration of U.N.N.M. laws.

THE PRESIDENT

The President is both the head of state and head of The Executive Branch of the United Nuwabian Nation of Moors, and Leader of the Nuwabian Nation armed forces. Under Part 5, Statute 18, Section 12 of the U.N.N.M. Constitution, The President is responsible for the execution and enforcement of the laws created by The Legislative Body. Thirteen executive offices — each office is led by an appointed Minister of The Governing Body — carry out the day-to-day administration of the U.N.N.M. Government. The President also appoints the Vice President/Assistant Chief and Attorney General/Chief Attorney General as well as ambassadors and Grand Master or Matron. 

The President has the power either to sign legislation into law or to reject proposals enacted by The Legislative Body with his objections  sent to the State in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the objections at large on their journal, at which time you may proceed for reconsideration. If the proposal shall  not be returned by The President within six to eight weeks, they may call Kodesh, the nation’s capitol to find out the status. The Executive Office conducts diplomacy with other nations, and the The President has the power to negotiate and sign treaties, which must pass through all States and Ambassadors before it can be ratified. The President can issue executive orders, which direct executive officers or clarify and further existing laws. The President also has unlimited power to extend pardons and clemency for criminal convictions.

VICE PRESIDENT/ ASSISTANT CHIEF 

The primary responsibility of the Vice President/Assistant Chief of the United Nuwabian Nation of Moors is to assist the The President on day-to-day matters of national affairs. The Assistant Chief serves as a member of The President’s Sacred Council. The Vice President/ Assistant Chief is hand selected by The President of the U.N.N.M. He or she serves at The Nation to his or her best abilities.

ATTORNEY GENERAL/ CHIEF ATTORNEY GENERAL

Is the head of the Nuwabian Nation Ministry of Justice, concerned with the legal affairs of the U.N.N.M. and is the Chief law enforcement officer of the Nuwabian Moor government. The Chief Attorney General serves as a member of Executive Branch of government. The Chief Attorney General is hand selected by the President of the U.N.N.M. He or she serves the nation to his or her best abilities.
