Introduction To The U.N.N.M. Legislative Office Known As The Governing Body

Statute 18 Explains All Legislative Powers Herein Granted Shall Be Vested In Our Governing Body Of The United Nuwaubian Nation Of Moors.

The Governing Body is the national legislative body of the United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, meeting at the Capitol on Kodesh, Wahanee (Temple, GA). It was established by the U.N.N.M. Constitution of 1992 and is composed of the 19 duly elected officials, which include the Seat of the Supreme Grand Master, The Vice President, and the Attorney General, and all 16 Secretarial Seats, 2 Ambassadors of each state, 1 Grand Master or Grand Matron of Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors Government.

THE GOVERNING BODY

Established by the U.N.N.M. Const. stat. 18 § 1 of the U.N.N.M. Constitution, all Legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in our Governing Body Of The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, which shall consist of 19 Officials, 9 To 13 Clan Mothers “Offices”,2 Ambassadors Of Each State, 1 Grand Master or Grand Matron, which together form The Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors Governing Body.

The U.N.N.M. Constitution grants The Governing Body “The Duly Elected 19 Officials” the sole authority to enact legislation and declare war.

Under (Common Defense), U.N.N.M. Const. Stat. 16 § 1 states: The Yamassee Tribe Of Native Americans, The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors, Will Defend Themselves, And Their Nation, If The Need Arises. Section 2 states: The Yamassee Tribe Of Native Americans, The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors Will Defend Our Inherited Homeland From Foreign As Well As Domestic Foes If The Need Arrives. Of Course, This Will Be Determined By The Yamassee Tribe Of Native Americans, The United Nuwaubian Nation of Moors.
